| How do I place an order? |
You place an order by going through our automatic
online sign up process. At the end of the process you will receive a
confirmation email upon the setup of your new account.

| What Methods of payment do you accept? |
Endless Hosting accepts all major credit cards. At
this time we do not accept checks and we do not provide invoices.

| Will Endless Hosting move my domain to
my new server for me? |
You will be responsible for uploading your site to
your server. If you do not have a domain name, then you must
register one when signing up for your account. If you do have a
domain name already, choose on the signup form that you have a domain
and will transfer it yourself. You must then set your domain to
our DNS settings with whom you registered your domain. Endless
Hosting's DNS servers are ns1.endlesshosting.com and
ns2.endlesshosting.com

| What are your network connections? |
Our connection to the internet is dedicated to
bring its subscribers the best Value on the internet. Our powerful new
155megabit OC3 lines make it a breeze... Our Network is multi-homed to
redundant upstream backbone providers. In the event of a failure with
one provider, we'll still be operating and connected through our other
upstream provider.

| Will Endless Hosting monitor the
servers on which my site is hosted? |
Your site is monitored by both computer automated
alert systems as well as real humans. Within 1 minute of your site
going down (a very rare occurrence), we we would realize this and take
immediate corrective action.

| What is your policy on bandwidth? |
We do not limit your transfer rate only the amount
of data transferred per month. We monitor your monthly usage and if you
begin approaching your bandwidth limit, send you a courtesy email
letting you know.

| How is bandwidth measured? |
Bandwidth is measured from the control panel - from
the same system that you can access via your control panel's
administrative section.

| Will there be a statistics program
installed on my server? |
Yes, Analyze is preinstalled by default. It
provides statistical profiles for all domains hosted on your server
which will tell you bandwidth usage for each domain, as well as which
banners or search engines the traffic has come from.

| What software is included with the
servers? |
The servers has a standard version of Linux 2.4,
which includes Apache Sendmail, Perl, Frontpage98/2000 Extensions and
PHP4, as well as some other useful applications. You will have control
with full Telnet and FTP access.

| Will my server have a web-based
control panel? |
The servers have a web-based interface, which
allows for point and click administration. An added feature of the
server interface is that it is re-distributable to multiple users.
Restrictions are set from the top down allowing users access to their
own resources of the serve.

| Will Endless Hosting Install SSL
(Secure Socket Layer) on my server? |
SSL comes installed by default. You must provide
the certificate; SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is required for secure
transactions over the web. SSL installations are server-wide and can be
used for any domain hosted on the server. You may secure a single domain
using one certificate ie: yoursecuredomain.com and then create
directories to provide individual secure pages for your customers. Ex.
yoursecuredomain.com/user1. For this, you will also need to
purchase your own dedicated IP address - contact us and we will let you
know how to get started.

| Are any e-commerce solutions available
or included? |
At this point we do not include an e-commerce
solution. However, you may add any third party solution of your liking.

| What security measures are taken at
Endless Hosting? |
Endless Hosting takes security very seriously.
Every precaution is taken to ensure that absolutely no one has access to
the servers other than our technical staff. Passkeys and locks ensure
that your server is safe and secure. We do not monitor content and do
not release customer profiles or disseminate customer information.

| Can I get my own IP addresses? |
Additional IP addresses may be requested for SSL
certificates.or FTP applications.

| Does Endless Hosting offer Technical
Support for CGI scripts? |
| Endless Hosting does not offer CGI support.
We will however install perl modules and server modules to support
almost any script out there if you come across one that is not
installed, providing that we feel it is not a security risk to the
server. |
